This spring, a group of three like minded fine home builders formed to create a Guild of Fine Home Builders. Corlis Design & Construction, Craic Builders and Southern Builders all share a vision of how custom home building should occur. We believe in direct involvement by all parties involved. We don’t have multiple levels of management where communication can be muddied by filtering down to the crews doing the actual building. With all the Guild’s members, the management will be fully and directly involved with the construction of each custom home. The guild members all share a passion for excellence in craftsmanship and treat each house like it was their own. We have grown to respect each others work and likewise share other team members among each other to provide a full range of service for our custom clients.

A custom home is only as good as its weakest team member, so everyone is considered to be a priority in our clients projects. We search out the best crafts people and for those areas outside our own expertise and have evolved working relationships with the best subcontractors and suppliers. There isn’t a service needed for a fine custom home that our Guild cannot supply. From Architectural and landscape design and everything in between, the Guild has forged solid respectful relationships with other people who, like us, want to push the standards for custom home building higher.

None of the Guild members works on more than one or two projects at a time. This is by choice, so that our full focus and attention can be devoted to the custom home of the moment. True custom home building is one of the most challenging occupations one can pursue and we are in it because we have to build, it is in our blood, and we want to be the best. Excellence in our product and customer satisfaction are always number one goals. We want lifelong refrences from our clients and enjoy nothing more than a client saying they really enjoyed the experience and they are totally satisfied with their home. We have all learned from many years in the industry that many can call themselves builders but few do the title full honor and service. We are FineHomebuildingGuild.com We invite you to review all four of our Guild members and compare the quality and focus you will recieve.
